These Terms govern your use of ssdiguidance.com and the phone number displayed on it (the "Service"), operated by Rainy Day Company LLC, doing business as SSDIGuidance.com ("SSDI Guidance," "we," "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What the Service is — and isn't

Attorney Advertising. This website is a paid advertisement for participating attorneys, advocates, and law firms.

Not affiliated with the Social Security Administration. This website is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Social Security Administration (SSA) or any other government agency. You can apply for Social Security disability benefits directly with the SSA, for free, at ssa.gov. You do not need an attorney or advocate to apply.

Not a law firm. SSDI Guidance is not a law firm, is not a lawyer referral service, does not practice law, and does not provide legal advice. Nothing on this site is legal advice or a substitute for it.

No attorney-client relationship. Submitting a form, calling us, or being contacted by a participating attorney or advocate does not create an attorney-client relationship, or any representative relationship, with us or with any attorney or advocate. That relationship is formed only if you and an attorney or advocate sign a representation agreement.

Independent attorneys and advocates. Participating attorneys, advocates, and law firms are independent. We do not employ them, supervise them, or vouch for their qualifications, and we do not promise that any attorney or advocate will accept your claim.

No guarantee of results. Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome. We do not decide whether you qualify for Social Security disability benefits; only the SSA makes that decision. Whether you have a claim, how it may be decided, and how long it takes are questions only an attorney or advocate can help you with after reviewing your situation.

Fees. Representative fees in Social Security disability cases are limited and must be approved by the SSA; they are typically paid only if you win, from past-due benefits, subject to SSA rules. Other costs, such as fees for obtaining medical records, may apply. Confirm all terms in writing with the attorney or advocate before agreeing to anything. Our Service is free to you.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to use the Service.

3. Consent to be contacted

When you submit a form and check the consent box, or when you call us, you give your express written consent to be contacted by SSDI Guidance and by up to four participating attorneys, advocates, law firms, or marketing partners at the phone number and email you provide, including by autodialed or prerecorded calls and text messages, even if your number is on a federal or state Do Not Call list. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts; tell any caller you no longer wish to be contacted; or email [email protected]. The parties who may contact you are listed on our Marketing Partners page.

4. Your information

You agree that the information you submit is accurate, that you are the person it describes, and that you have the right to provide it. We document your consent using third-party verification services described in the Privacy Policy. Submitting false information, or information about someone else without their permission, is a violation of these Terms.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to submit spam, test, or fraudulent inquiries; to scrape, crawl, or copy content or data; to interfere with the site's operation or security; to impersonate anyone; or for any unlawful purpose. We may block or rate-limit access we believe violates these Terms.

6. Intellectual property

The site's content, design, logos, and code belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use requires our written permission.

7. Third-party links and services

The Service may link to the websites of attorneys, advocates, the Social Security Administration, or other third parties. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or services.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY ATTORNEY OR ADVOCATE WILL CONTACT YOU OR ACCEPT YOUR CLAIM.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SSDI GUIDANCE AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND PARTNERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR FROM THE ACTS OR OMISSIONS OF ANY PARTICIPATING ATTORNEY, ADVOCATE, OR PARTNER. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US TO USE THE SERVICE, IF ANY. Some states do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Placer County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

12. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify or discontinue the Service at any time. We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date shows the current version, and continued use after changes means you accept them.
